Professional Staff

John Caldwell, President of the firm, has over 30 years of travel management consulting experience.  He has overall responsibility for all firm projects.  Mr. Caldwell is also recognized as expert in  commercial travel consulting including benchmarking and program evaluation for high demand, complex multinational clients.  A licensed attorney, Mr. Caldwell has a BA from Hamilton College and a JD from Harvard University.

Susan Stowe, Vice President, has 27 years of travel management experience, 16 years as a consultant following 11 years in travel agency operations management.  Like Mr. Caldwell, she is also a licensed attorney.  She has a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from George Mason University.

Julie Simpson, Vice President, has over 30 years of industry experience, including  travel agency operations management and 8 years as a consultant.  Ms. Simpson has a BA from Mary Washington University.
