Program Evaluations and Benchmarking.  We assess current program services levels, costs and technology and compare them to best in class programs, identifying opportunities for improvement to processes and contractual terms.

Sourcing.  We assist in selection of travel mangaement companies, payment service providers, technology and travel suppliers using a disciplined, objective methodology.  We can manage the entire process to obtain optimum service and price offers and ensure that our clients have all the information they need to make an informed decision.  Alternately, we can provide support for a client's internal process as required.

Negotiations and Contracting.  Our knowledge of the competitive market and experience in negotiations increases our clients' leverage in negotiations.  With two attorneys on our staff, we are able to craft contract language defining business terms for review by our clients' legal counsel, which expedites the contract approval process.
